My name is Michael Gillespie and I am a Bethesda, MD based real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur with established roots in the DC Metro region. Born in Washington, DC and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, I bring a lifelong understanding of the Montgomery County and DC markets. As co-founder and principal broker of SOL & MAISON Real Estate, I have spent more than 15 years as a licensed broker and investor across both residential and commercial markets, advising clients and partners through acquisitions, dispositions, and complex transactions.

In addition to being the managing Broker at SOL & MAISON, I also help oversee a multi asset class REIT as a general partner in a local Bethesda based real estate investment firm. This foundation helps me maintain a disciplined, analytical approach to real estate investing and client representation. Licensed in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, my focus is on delivering thoughtful guidance, sound strategy, and confident outcomes for every client engagement.
